Like it's cute, but sometimes I like just sniffing my perfumes and with the clunky plastic in the way I can't even get whiff - but that's more of a personal problem lol! I wouldn’t make the investment if you are wanting something that is very long lasting or that trails and lingers behind you. Which is why people looking into this fragrance, expecting something super gourmand/youthful, are mostly disappointed. it is not as girly as it sounds, it is more for mature audience, i mean it in most positive way possible.

If the issue isn't just body chemistry, then I'm perhaps anosmic to something on here, which is why I only get soapy notes and none of the sweet and pleasant smelling ones that people rave about. Obviously someone who's into white flowers isn't going to like a fragrance that's mostly benzoin and musk. It has a moderately weak projection on me, but personally this isn't much of an issue to me since perfumes that come off too strongly give me headaches. It smells a little like Hypnotic Poison to my nose, some of the notes are definitely the same, but this is a lot less almond and a lot more caramel/vanilla, with an almost soapy freshness to it. I do want to try other flankers: Candy Night for example but as for the original, while cozy and maternal (makes me want to wear this when I’m nursing my babies) it’s too weak a performer to recommend or repurchase. That being said, it is a nice sweet smell, beautiful bottle and it falls in line with many designer scents that appeal to certain people. Explosive, excessive and sensual, this fragrance is an explosion of shocking pink and gold, combining, in excessive proportions, White Musks, noble Benzoin and a modern touch of Caramel.

The notes work surprisingly well together, it almost smells like Dove soap, mixed with HP, doused with vanilla essential oil. I do pick up on the caramel which adds a lot of depth, and of course the powder - maybe the powder is what I'm sensing as "floral".
